Director

Richard joined Lytle Associates in 2003 as a senior technician after experience working in a design practice specialising in commercial and recreational developments.

Richard studied at De Montfort University where he was awarded an HND in Building Studies and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.

Richard is experienced in the commercial requirements and regulations needed in the production of design information packages and is well versed in coordinating the various construction practices. The types of projects Richard has worked on vary from large design & build projects for large house builders, schools and healthcare groups, to private residential developments and major university works.

Over the past six years, Richard has continually developed his passion as a technician to the extent that he has produced and implemented the company’s drawing standards and production of design information. He also oversees the company’s continuing development of IT and technology to assist in the smooth running of the practice.

Richard became an associate in 2006 and is now an equity director.
