Barratt Southern Counties in a joint venture with Wates have built 320 dwellings of a 600 dwelling outline consent which includes a primary school, neighbourhood centre and large areas of open space and play space. The scheme straddles the flood plain and has been carefully engineered to include swales to catch flood waters.

Continuing our successful partnership with Barratt, LAA completed the detailed drawings in support of a reserved matters application for Phase 1 consisting of 93 dwellings in a local vernacular style. LAA also masterplanned Phase 2 which includes 227 dwellings.
