We have recently achieved planning consent for a new residential development in Walton on the Hill consisting of 14 new dwellings consisting of 4 individually designed houses and a large apartment block.

The site lies within a residential area of special character. This informed the design. A hierarchy was established with the Mansion Apartment Block sited centrally as the main focal point and the other dwellings positioned carefully within the spacious grounds to provide an appropriate character to the scheme and protect the mature trees on the site.. The buildings have been designed in an Arts and Crafts style, utilising features such as buttresses, porthole windows and catslide roofs ensuring they fit harmoniously within its wider context.
