The journey from concept sketch to completed project.

This week, we will be looking back at the evolution of our completed masterplan developments for Tolworth Girls’ School & Sixth Form. The project was made possible by the sale of surplus land for enabling residential development. Our feasibility study and design development included production of sketches to help the client imagine how the completed development could look. The sketches were refined to be used in support of the joint planning application for the site – for development including over 100 new homes, two major school buildings, sports facilities and landscaping.
