Planning permission to locally listed property in Wimbledon conservation area

We recently obtained planning permission for a contemporary kitchen and basement extension, including refurbishment works to the main house and new garden office outbuilding to a locally listed property within the Wimbledon Road Conservation Area.
The design seeks to provide contemporary upgrades to the property, refurbishing the existing bedrooms, reconfiguring a new master en-suite and walk in wardrobe and updating the existing bathrooms, utility, and guest suite. The kitchen and family spaces are extended, providing plentiful natural light whilst responding to the sensitive conservation area context.
