Stuart Preece

Stuart Preece Joined Lytle Associates in November 2025, Stuart brings a wealth of technical expertise and industry experience to his role as Senior Architectural Technician, significantly strengthening our technical department. Stuart brings a decade of specialist experience working with housing developers across the Southeast, delivering projects ranging from small scale sites to complex, multi phased developments spanning several years.

Earlier in his career, he gained invaluable exposure with a major multi disciplinary consultancy, contributing to both domestic and international schemes. He also spent many years with a local architectural practice, where he played a key role in award winning and high profile projects. Stuart has an eye for construction detailing and thoroughly enjoys the design process from instruction to completion. He has also been a member of CIAT since 2018.

Outside of the practice, and when having spare time from being a father of two children and their football taxi, Stuart is a keen gym goer who enjoys gardening and DIY projects.
