We were appointed to design and create five apartments in a Grade II Listed property in the historic heart of Guildford. Planning & Listed building consent were granted for ‘change of use’ to convert the previous commercial office into one 2-bed and four 1-bed apartments.  We carried out a successful and sensitive refurbishment that included full replacement of roof finishes, compartmentation of the space, refurbishment of listed fabrics and basement tanking.
