Lytle Associates were appointed to design and create 5No. Apartments to a Grade II Listed property in the centre of Historic Guildford.
Formally a Commercial Office, Planning & Listed Consent was granted for ‘Change of Use’ to convert the Office into 1No. 2 Bed & 4No. 1 Bed apartments.
A successful yet sensitive refurbishment program was undertaken of which included such works as full replacement of roof finishes, introduction of compartmentation, refurbishment of listed fabrics, and basement tanking.
