Our collaboration with Silverlake Care resulted in the construction of over 120 special care bedspaces and 150,000ft2 of care accommodation. Constructed to an exceptional level of specification, with purpose-designed and innovative access equipment together with specialist therapeutic facilities, the new facilities include hydrotherapy pools and computer suites.

Many of the new care homes are located in green belt or rural locations, which have presented challenges at the planning stage. However, we were able to present a compelling case for development outside town or village boundaries and had a good success rate.
