We were involved in this heritage development of 6 apartments within a conservation area as well as the adjacent Grade II listed manor house and scheduled monument, and the restoration of the ancient moat at the front of the site. Our aim was for the development to appear as collection of cottages in a courtyard layout. Internally the apartments were built to a very high specification to appeal to the private rental market.
