This project involved the sensitive refurbishment of a vacant 100-year-old sandstone cottage and garden on an estate.

The project included the internal reconfiguration and alterations at ground floor to provide a new utility, wc and modern open-plan kitchen diner and living room. Three new bedrooms were refurbished, each with their own en-suite bathroom. There were also external improvements including the repointing of the external façade, repair works to the roof and chimney, installation of a new patio area and associated landscaping works.
