This project involved replacing a tired single storey bungalow with two 3-storey detached homes in central Guildford, Surrey. Setting the houses back from the street allowed for parking at the front of the house, and there are also generous gardens at the back. Traditional brick and stone were chosen to blend in with neighbouring buildings whilst the design is more contemporary.
