We were commissioned to undertake a substantial remodelling and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed duplex apartment in a prime Belgravia location. This involved enlarging the entrance hall and installing a timber and glass staircase, as well as bespoke joinery with a high gloss veneered kitchen and doors. Lutron multi-scene lighting controls were installed throughout the property. This was a contemporary refurbishment that respected the historic fabric of the building, with craftsmanship and bespoke joinery echoing the quality of the home’s original features.
