Lytle Associates were commissioned to undertake a substantial remodelling and refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed duplex apartment in a prime Belgravia location. The works included enlarging the entrance hall and installation of a timber and glass staircase between first and second floors. Purpose built joinery includes high gloss veneered kitchen and doors. New bedroom suites at second floor include concealed storage and stone finishes to en-suites. Lutron multi-scene lighting controls were installed throughout the property.
The refurbishment is contemporary but maintains respect for the property’s historic nature. The quality of craftsmanship of bespoke joinery items provides a reference to the quality of the building’s original features.
