The purpose of the proposed residential redevelopment of this freehold site was to regenerate it and re-invest the money back into  NHS Newham. We liaised with the Council’s planning, design, highways and housing officers and achieved a successful outline planning application for our master plan. This included constructing 108 new dwellings and the proposal to retain the original late Victorian hospital and nurses house to be converted to 31 units.
