This award-winning sustainable Guildford home started life as a humble 1960s bungalow. We were challenged to design a unique replacement dwelling that was highly sustainable and unlocked the potential of the sight and views. Being 30% beyond carbon neutral, and with its striking balance of quality traditional and contemporary materials, and innovative design, this eye-catching home blends into the Surrey Hills and still appears as a single storey dwelling from the road.
