Station Road Addlestone
A project in the heart of Addlestone proposing 34 flats on an unusual site adjacent the recently converted Aviator Park residential scheme.
Our proposals sought to bridge between the more traditional and domestic character along Station Road and the commercial development to the east. The scheme was developed in collaboration with Planit Consulting.
Runnymede Borough Council considered the scheme to 'represent a quality of design which carefully considers the exiting local context,' noting the 'innovative design' which enabled a high density to be achieved on a tight site. Planning permission was secured in January 2025.
