We were commissioned by the Geoghegan Group to update and expand the existing care home facilities at the Old Rectory.

This involved replacing the existing split heating system with a new single plant room in a waterproof basement; converting an existing swimming pool hall into 4 ensuite rooms for clients; and reconfiguring an existing wing to provide larger client rooms with improved insulation.
