This was a hybrid scheme for a new educational development and enabling residential development set within the grounds of Tolworth Girls’ School & Sixth Form.  An area of open land within the school campus was released for development by the Government on the provision that the revenue was invested back into the school.

We designed a high quality residential scheme that had its own identity, character and a strong sense of neighbourhood.
