Director

Richard joined us in 2003 as a senior technician after working in a design practice specialising in commercial and recreational developments.

He studied at De Montfort University where he was awarded an HND in Building Studies and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.

Richard is experienced in the commercial requirements and regulations needed in the production of design information packages. He is well versed in coordinating various construction practices. His projects have varied from large design & build projects for house builders, schools and healthcare groups to private residential developments and major university works.

Richard’s passion as a technician led him to produce and implement our drawing standards and production of design information. He also oversees the continuing development of our IT to enable the smooth running of our practice.

Richard became an associate in 2006 and is now an equity director.
