New sports hall latest development at Guildford County School

Significant CIF funding means Guildford County School are now able to proceed with their next major phase of building development – a new sports hall, gym and studio development – which is going out to tender this month.

Working with Lytle Associates Architects, Guildford County School have secured over £5 million CIF funding since 2013, delivering:

• New art and photography building
• Reroofing and drainage repairs
• Sports pavilion refurbishment
• Extensive changing room and toilet refurbishments
• New sports hall

Our consistently high success rate means we have now been asked to prepare CIF bids for all schools in the newly formed Athena MAT.
