The Geoghegan Group commissioned Lytle Associates Architects to update and expand the existing care home facilities at the Old Rectory. Over the course of a number of phases, this project consisted of replacing the existing split heating system with a new single plant room in a purposely waterproof designed basement, which served the whole building; converting an existing swimming pool hall into 4 client rooms, all with ensuites and reconfiguring an existing wing to provide new client rooms to larger space standards and improved insulation, while maintaining the existing external aesthetics.
