Our favourite and most notable projects from the ‘Tens’ continues featuring the Conversion and full refurbishment of our own Grade II Listed Office in central Guildford. We also delivered an extension and refurbishment to Farnham Memorial Hall. The existing 1920’s building received a contemporary new wing, incorporating day care and shared community facilities. Finally, we completed a residential unit on a tight site in Nightingale Road adjacent to the railway line and London Road station. The scheme comprises of 8 high quality apartments which meet level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. A lightweight highly insulated timber frame construction clad in Siberian larch that will weather over time creating a varied façade.
