Learning at Work Week

As part of ‘Learning at work week’ we wanted to introduce you to Mollie, a part 2 degree apprentice and architectural assistant at Lytle Associates, sharing how as a practice we have evolved our own thinking and approach to architectural education…

At LAA we have been supporting Mollie’s balance between university coursework and office work, and have enjoyed discussing her university projects with her. Through gaining valuable work experience alongside her studies, Mollie will also complete the professional practice side of her architectural education, traditionally completed after the masters course.

Mollie… “having started the course in September 2022, the degree apprenticeship has already offered me a variety of different learning experiences. The course has allowed me to develop my time management skills, professionalism, and productivity…skills which I can apply directly to my role at LAA”.
