We are delighted to have delivered a distinctive and quality design solution for Elivia Homes which won the prestigious ‘Best Boutique Development’ award at last week’s 2023 Surrey Property Awards.

Our design for the site in Walton-on-the-Hill was for fourteen high-quality dwellings, consisting of four individually designed houses and a large apartment (mansion) block.

A sensitive context-driven approach was needed as the site was within a residential area of special character (RASC). The buildings were designed in an Arts and Crafts style, with the centrally sited mansion block as the focal point. The houses were arranged between the mature trees retained throughout the spacious grounds, completing this attractive gated development.
