We are delighted to have achieved planning permission for the exciting next phases of development at Guildford County School (GCS).

The projects include a loft conversion and courtyard infill for learning support, expanded and enhanced sixth form facilities and a new bespoke music block.

Our successful relationship with GCS began almost 15 years ago with an estate masterplan that enabled the school to deliver projects including a new art block, classroom extensions, new sports hall, attic conversion, wide ranging refurbishments and a professional standard performing arts theatre.

The masterplan was reviewed and updated in 2020, setting out a vision for further development to be delivered over the next ten years.
