Design for a contemporary new build house in the green belt near Guildford. Lytle Associates Architects worked closely with a team of planning consultants and landscape designers to secure planning permission for this exciting 930m2 house. The project formed part of a comprehensive masterplan to enhance and redevelop a farm. The proposed dwelling is designed as two double pitched volumes of agricultural character, linked by a two storey glass atrium. An infinity pool and subterranean games and media rooms were proposed to be built into the hillside.
