The proposals for a new build 4-bedroom property following the demolition of an existing agricultural unit seek to reduce the dwellings perceived bulk from the public realm by introducing terrace landscaping and orientating the building footprint to lessen its impact. A carefully designed ‘saw-toothed’ roof structure further reduces the buildings mass whilst creating three distinct forms which further reduce the elevational bulk of the dwelling. Carefully designed and orientated brick bond patterns add further interest to the elevations.
