Planning Permission for 50 new build homes in East Grinstead

Lytle Associates Architects have recently secured planning permission for a contemporary residential development of 50 dwellings in East Grinstead. The houses are conceived as traditional brick clad forms, that are staggered with linking elements at first floor that simultaneously create covered parking and private raised terraces.
