An oak-framed Guildford home – before and after

We were involved in creating this striking oak-framed home on a prominent site in the Guildford green belt.

With a successful multi-phased planning application, we achieved a 40% area increase for our clients based on the previous footprint.

Their new home featured a beautiful oak framed balcony to the rear with stunning views over the Surrey Hills.

The house was built by O&D Construction with MEA as the cost consultants.
