🏆 RESIDENTIAL PROJECT OF THE YEAR 🏆

We are absolutely thrilled that our Private Contemporary House in Guildford won the ‘Residential Project of the Year’ at the Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards 2023. The project replaces the existing 1960s house with a new dwelling to modern living standards, using sustainable and energy-efficient materials The house features an air source heat pump, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and photovoltaics resulting in the property being 30% beyond Zero Carbon. The slope of the site results in only the first floor being visible from the street whilst the two-storey South Elevation provides views beyond Guildford to Godalming.
