We are delighted to have been part of the successful team that secured planning permission for eight new homes within the Sevenoaks Green Belt and Kent Downs National Landscape (formerly AONB).

On behalf of Homes by Harlequin and working alongside planning consultants DHA Planning, we designed a scheme that was sensitive to the site’s green belt and landscape designations.

Our scheme is set out in a semi-formal layout, comparable in siting to the original buildings on the site and subsequent approved schemes. There is a distinct building hierarchy with dwellings in a rural aesthetic, grouped around a Georgian-style central dwelling. The quality of the architecture was a key factor in obtaining the planning permission.

As is the case with every building we design, we are committed to creating projects that enhance the local community and contribute positively to the built environment.
