Works commence at Fullbrook 6

We were pleased to see that staff and students gathered recently, for a ground breaking ceremony to mark the start of construction to the two storey extension and internal alterations to the existing sixth form facilities at Fullbrook School. The new extension will create an iconic building to give special identity to the successful and growing Fullbrook 6.

The new two storey extension will provide new teaching spaces, common room, flexible quiet study areas and associated administration and office spaces. New landscaping and tree/shrub planting will enhance this area of the campus, including a new access ramp, relocated cycle storage and a separate sixth form kitchen servery access.

The proposals also include the refurbishment of the existing sixth form block, including the addition of a new lecture room, new media suite, improved classroom spaces and relocation of the existing kitchen and common room areas.
