Lytle Associates have been proud to work with Young Epilepsy on a masterplan to rationalise and improve their Lingfield estate. The campus comprises over 80 buildings – including St Piers Special school and college, medical research and treatment facilities, student and staff residential accommodation – all of which have been considered in developing the optimum long term vision.

Our team have been involved in the current public consultation exercise, as well as delivering enabling projects including the restoration of the grade II listed farmhouse. We are looking forward to seeing the new masterplan developments take shape.
