Opportunities – Office Manager

Lytle Associates Architects are seeking a new office manager.
We are looking for someone to provide proactive, flexible support with running our office and business to assist directors.Roles will include normal office administration, answering the phone, welcoming clients, monitoring and filing emails, assisting directors with project leads, marketing, staff CPDs, office events and general business support.We are a friendly, creative team in the centre of Guildford. Lytle Associates Architects are an employee owned trust.

Hours: Part time, 25 hrs/week. 5 hours per day/5 days per week. Some flexibility possible.
Salary: Up to £24k pro rata depending on experience
Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel.
Location: Quarry Street, Guildford
Contract: Permanent.
