We have successfully obtained planning consent for the design of a contemporary, first floor rear extension and internal re-configuration of an existing two-storey house in Guildford. The client’s brief was to reconfigure their living space so that it catered for additional living and home working requirements. The design seeks to generate a more open-plan living environment, whilst responding to the views across the natural woodland beyond, approached by implementing a well-considered contemporary aesthetic.
