New build two storey house on an extremely sloped site. Cedar cladding at the first floor adds a contemporary feel capped by a low-pitched butterfly roof.

The South elevation features large format glazing and high floor to ceiling levels which generate a lofty feel to the rooms, overlooking an external lap swimming pool (heated using renewable technology) with great views of the Surrey Hills and the South Downs.
