During the design and feasibility process, we are currently developing our projects using BIM and 3-dimensional modelling, ensuring that we capture our clients’ brief requirements in the early phases. By modelling diagrammatical iterations in 3D and by using real-time rendering software, we are able to draw comparisons between them and deliver the desired result. In this process, we have the ability to virtually ‘explode’ elements of the model, helping explore and illustrate to our clients, overall form development, spatial layouts, proposed methods of construction and material proposals. This offers a high degree of clarity and understanding.
