Sandstone Cottage

We are pleased to have recently completed the refurbishment of a 100-year-old sandstone cottage and garden, that forms part of the estate of a private client.

The proposed works included internal reconfiguration and alterations at Ground Floor to provide a new utility, WC and modern open-plan kitchen diner and living room. At first floor, three new bedrooms have been refurbished, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The scope of works also included general site external improvements including the repointing of the external façade, repair works to the roof and chimney, installation of a new patio area and associated landscaping works.

Lytle Associates worked alongside The Martin Sewell Building Company who did a brilliant job turning this once vacant lodge into a vibrant and welcoming property.
