Lytle Associates are delighted to have provided architectural services for a successful planning approval for 32 mixed use residential apartments in this London Borough. Planning approval was obtained for a third and fourth floor extension on top of a previous office building currently being converted into 131 residential units under a prior approval.

Careful design and detailing to this steel framed brick and zinc clad building has been required to comply with local planning requirements to this relatively restricted site.
