• 200 seat performance/lecture theatre
• Drama studio
• English classrooms
• Music classrooms, rehearsal space, recording studio and music practice rooms
• Glazed double height entrance with bridge link to existing building
• Landscaping, student courtyard and new car park

The new building has provided improved facilities for their thriving English and performing arts departments.
