Guildford Office Flyover

Flyover of our Listed Grade II offices in central Guildford. Dating back to the 16^th Century, the building underwent a complete refurbishment in 2017 including the upgrading of the design studios and reception rooms and the ‘change of use’ of lower ground floor and basement into a two-bed luxury residential apartment including contemporary rear extension.

The sensitive design has retained the important historic elements of the building, whilst providing a bright and contemporary feel to the interior working environment.
