We are delighted to have achieved planning permission for two new dwellings in the heart of the Surrey village of East Horsley. This is a particularly significant milestone, as prior to our involvement there had been a number of unsuccessful attempts to secure planning permission over a period of 10 years.
The new homes are located behind Bishopsmead Parade and will replace five garages.
Our distinctive design solution with its stepped form, carefully considered fenestration, multi-level amenity spaces and integrated parking overcame the challenges of a constrained site. The material palette of flint, red brick and slate refers to the Lovelace style prevalent in the area but re-imagined in a contemporary style.
